I have done all the steps in the Repair Manual except the last one: removing the throttle connection. "Remove the safety clip" and "Press the Rotary Shaft (the throttle rod) downwards". I don't see any safety clip. There is a two-pronged fork with a pin though it attached to the rod. Is it even necessary to remove the throttle connection?
